Precision Contract Machining
Precise Machine is an ISO certified high precision contract CNC machine shop, specializing in close tolerance CNC machining of thin walled parts, motor, pump and generator housings, end bells and electrical connectors, high speed precision machining of electronic and medical PCB enclosures, heat sinks, aluminum castings and forgings. We have the ability to work with conventional materials and exotic alloys, from steel and aluminum to titanium and magnetic steels.
We have the personnel, experience, capability and capacity to provide turn-key mechanical assembly solutions tailored to your exact requirements.
We have positioned ourselves to give you the most competitive pricing and best delivery for parts or assemblies, with production runs ranging from 10 to 500 pieces for single lot orders and 200 to 20,000 on annual blanket orders.

Machining Capacities and Services
On our shop floor we have three and four axis CNC machining centers with travels up to 40” x 20” x 20”, CNC lathes, automatic grinders, a full array of CNC turning capabilities, from .250" to 12.50" diameters and beyond. We also offer high speed machining capability up to 200 IPM feed rates enables us to machine in minutes what used to take hours.
